Part 1 – PADI eLearning, Academics and Pool Training

The purpose of the academic and pool training is to provide you with the knowledge and skills required to enjoy and safely complete the open water diver training.  You start with the PADI Open Water Diver eLearning program and continue with classroom and pool.  To ensure your success, we keep our classes small and have a 4 to 1 student – instructor ratio.  Classroom and pool trainings are scheduled conveniently throughout the year.

Your training meets and exceeds the PADI minimums.

The eLearning, Academics and Pool Training includes:

  • PADI Open Water Diver eLearning code* (value $230.00)
  • Recreational Dive Planner and Logbook crew pak (value $87.60)

Part 2 – Open Water Training Dives

The open water training dives are conducted over a two-day period, 2 dives each day.  The cost covers all rental gear needed for the class except scuba mask, adjustable strap style fins, booties and snorkel.  Open Water training dives are conducted at Square Lake near Stillwater, MN.

Upon completion of Part 1 and Part 2, you will have earned the PADI Open Water Diver Certification, which enables you to purchase, or rent scuba equipment, purchase air fills and dive without direct instructor supervision.
